Description Broken glass;
A shattered world
Filled with ignorance.
Hearts fail to see
The pain we’ve caused
Indulging in desires.

Turning shoulders
At nature’s warnings,
Ignoring every wrong.
As if the world
Is safe and sound,
We disregard our home.

A fantasy world,
Like those of old
Can heal the aching hearts.
As they are brought
To the new land
Where life is revered.

Now you’ve noticed
There is no path.
So read the books that lead,
And ease your breaking heart.
For now at least you’ve seen,
And that’s a new beginning.
