Haha fantastic! I particularly love the description of how it has to fold it's body up when on land, really creative. The whole description in fact is very good, it's not just aseries of facts but some great little tidbits of trivia, such as the tourist appeal to seeing them in the dark ocean trenches and the competitive raising to have the longest Electide.
The design is a very unique one, yet once again there is a distinct elemnt of elegance to it and it's features. Seems to be a running theme with some of your recent additions, and thats certainly not a criticism merely an observation. But anyway it does look very grand,the colour combination really stands out; great use of the varying shades of blue and the jet black belly.
The heads an interesting bit to flag up, I mentioned how the antennai had moved to the chin allowing for a more streamlined body, yet more have grown in making the evolution rather reduendant. But I suppose they could very easily fold down behind it as it weaves through those deep, dark trenches, enabling for greater speeds.
The face moulding looks very akin to a mask, I keep trying to imagine it without the mask, rather bizarre image.
The fins are interesting, they've broken broken up and they seem less like fins but have the appearance of ice formations that have hardened to an almost diamond state. It's a rather nifty effect, I can certainly imagine the spectacle it puts on for those divers.

Haha, very rarely do I have fun writing the descriptions.. most often it's a drag. XD This one was certainly interesting to do for sure.
It took me so long to get the curves right. XD It's easier to do with a pencil on paper than with a tablet.. something to do with angles.. I haven't figured it out yet. And keeping the lines smooth. Bah! At first it never had the belly, but I added it just to see what it would look like and I loved it. ^^
lol I wouldn't want to see it with half its head missing. XDD I'd imagine it looks very awkward.
The antennae would probably fold down, but being not very flat anyway.. they'd probably not cause a whole lot of drag anyway. Details!

It's certainly one of the more extravagent descritptions for one of your pokemon. Makes it sound like a regular tourist attraction haha.
I can imagine the toruble you had, despite everyone saying how great and wonderful tablets are I still think they have numerous problems that you simply adapt to over time. Then I would say that because I'm too stubborn to properly learn XD
It is like if Jason took his mask of, all the mystery would be gone and replaced by an overwhelming sense of disappointment. Yeah I doubt those antennae would cause any drag, me being picky once again

Steve: u know what nintendo really needs to do with pokemon? tri-type pokemon. It would be SO awesome, and perfect for stuff like this. it could also clear up that confusion with lugia (he's psy/dragon, yet it seems like he should be water/dragon. he could be psy/dra/water!)
Speaking of type confusion, I have one pokemon who's type has always been contreversy: Groudon. he should be FIRE/ground, not just ground!

lol yeah, I always thought Lugia was flying/water.. until I caught it and was like wtf. Groudon is just ground type?? I never played either sapphire/ruby.. I totally thought it was fire/ground too! XDD

As a lover of water pokemon and not rodent electrics, this is the best match for a trainer like myself!
Would this pokemon have more electric or water moves and are the electric moves really powerful, or simply stun worthy like ThunderWave as opposed to Thunder or Thunder bolt and would a Pokemon like this naturally have something akin to FLASH even though that's traditionally been an HM?

I think it depends on what the trainer wanted to raise it more as, like having more water or electric moves.. if it were in a game, I think it would learn either equally through leveling up? I'm not sure.

I was looking up things on Arbok and saw that it can learn a move called "Thunder Fang" in D/P and Immediately thought of that. If it uses Wrap and has the Static Attribute, I think that would go well. However I do think due to the fact that you've got your own region and Pokemon it lends itself to thinking up newer moves as well.
...This pokemon so owns, you've gotta know that. XD
