Haha, you madam have won. I expected an oddball kooky character when i first saw him, and you have not disapointed. Bravo.
Artwork is simple enough, liking the effect on the last panel particularly. Sky replaced with a seemingly cheery back drop (and equally cheery Riccor), and a nice shadowed effect on the lass (who for the record I find quite cute, weakness for that hair style I fear haha).
Great delivery on the humour, the joke itself is common enough but always funny and nice to see different takes on the classic (interestingly can't recall where I last saw a similar depiction of it). Raises so many questions about Riccor, but more importantly I've warmed to him more. I wouldn't put rummaging through bins past him at this point, he's currently coming off as some form of lovable yet disturbing hobo XD

Here's a thought, what would Riccor do to encourage people to give him money? If he'd used a sign I wonder what he'd have written on it; "need monies for morally wrong experiments: will also accept used toothpicks and/or tissues".
