Description This is a fan drawing to one of my favorite fan-fictions. Its called The Fallacies of Altruism by Nell Aoife.

Summary: Sasuke is a new intern at Leaf Hospital. While his morality requires him to act in the interest of others, Naruto thinks taking care of the self isn't that much of a crime. Med fic. Testosterone and hospital drama. Yaoi. NaruSasuNaru.
