Rangiku and Nanao and were drinking at the bar and having a good time. They were defiantly having a little too much to drink.
"Nanao have you ever noticed that your captain always stares at your but?" Rangiku asked her friend who was also drunk.
"What are you talking about? He doesn't! Your captain always is happy to get squished by your boobs." Nanao pondered and joked about.
"Oh course you are just upset about not having any boobs to squish people with." Matsumoto slurred.
"Shut up why would I want to do that?" Nanao told the other woman.
"But you have to admit that you are in love with him." Matsumoto told her friend.
"Yeah I guess you are right I love him, he is amazing. I love do love him. He is so hot." Nanao told her friend staring off in space day dreaming about Shunsui.
"You have to tell him!" Rangiku yelled.
Nanao was walking down the hall of the eighth division trying to find her captain. She had finally realized that she actually was in love with her captain. The only problem was she was afraid that he was only pretending to be in love with her, he acted like that around Lisa also. He was inside his office and he was day dreaming about how he should tell his vice captain that he was just not joking about his love for her. Nanao took a big breath and knocked on her captain's door and was ready to be made fun out of for the rest of her life.
"Ah come in the door isn't locked." Shunsui yelled.
Nanao opened the door and walked in, and Shunsui looked up and smiled, "Just the girl I was looking for!"
"Um okay I need to tell you something." Nanao told Shunsui almost whispering.
"I have something to tell you too. I will go first, you seem nervous. I was never joking about being in love with you." Shunsui told his lieutenant.
He was just regretting about what he had just said, she was staring at him with wide eyes and a stunned face. Then it hit her, she was not the only one who felt this way. She smiled and stood on her tippy toes and leaned in to kiss her captain. Shunsui closed his eyes and then felt a something soft come on to his lips, he opened his eyes to see that his lieutenant was kissing him. He smiled and grabbed her and held her closer to him and made the kiss deeper. After a few minutes they had to stop and they just looked into each others' eyes and heavily breathing and then Nanao started to cry.
"Wait why are you crying did I do anything?" Shunsui asked franticly scared that he did something to make her upset with him.
"No I am just happy. Sorry about making you worry it is not a big deal. Just a few tears right?" Nanao said as he dried her tears.
"I guess just don't go and cry like that okay?" he assured her gently kissing her forehead.
"So what does this mean for us?" She asked.
"I don't know we probably should have to keep this a secret." He told her.
"Okay. I guess I can live with that." Nanao said.
