I really disliked Exdeath, because he didn't seem like an actually serious villain. I mean, comparing him to Sephiroth or Garland or Ultimecia, he just seemed like a bumbling idiot. (Granted, I liked him more than Kefka. *shivers*) But, luckily, he makes a great target for puns and tree jokes.
