EDIT: I just noticed an issue with the outline glow and cell shading effects. The game refuses to let any preset with outline glow or cell shading export, not just this. I have tried it with another preset with outline glow, and I've gotten the same error. So very sorry about this!So I only intended to either use the glow outline or cel-shading, but they both looked so awesome. So, umm, have both?
It's fabulously free! It comes with both material files labelled with their respective effect. Remove the effect name from the name before using and delete the one you don't want!

However, the glowing outline is yellow when I go to mess with it?
Also, the cell shading made my game mess up, so I had to reinstall and recover the files. xD

That's probably because you don't have the proper files to load the effects.
