People will disagree with me, but I think this looks very neat, it has a strong vulture / condor impression to it. The keratin ridge above the eyes and over the top of the snout makes it look fierce, and the texture on the face is very well done.
I've also thought about your theory on how theropods were lipped in that way, and I think having a bit of an "edge" at their margins on the lower jaw like you did makes sense, because it could help form a moisture seal.
