I'm not good enough to properly critique this, but to me, this is a perfect portrait. Your light is really soft and suits the pose and model very well. Your focus is razor sharp on this near eye, where it should be with the right hand side of her face nicely and delicately out of focus courtesy of your F/2.8 aperture. The dried flowers and costume give it a truly timeless feel and those deep blue eyes... just incredible. It looks slightly cross-processed or a light lomo-effect? ..but that works too. There is nothing to fault about this, truly a beautiful photograph.
