Shortly after I finished making the Asta corset for Sara, I got on a huge corset kick and designed a couple random corsets that I want to make sometime in the future. This was my most ridiculous design, so I decided to make this one first.

I wanted to try the multicolored panels for this one, so I got to practice swapping around contrasting colors instead of making a solid color corset. Since I love pretty much anything that sparkles, I naturally had to sew on the sequins to this. My original design only had one line of sequins going along the top by the gathered tulle and white bias tape.. but I wanted more, so I thought that adding a few more strips of sparkle couldn't hurt. If I would've done the design along every single piece of boning that would've been way too gaudy.. so that's why the sequins stops after the center 3 pieces. lol

I want to make an outfit that will go along with this, but I haven't come up with anything exciting yet. I was thinking a top hat and whip, with maybe some simple red vinyl pants.. but who knows. The colors themselves are obviously the primary colors (which I looooove the combination of), and for some reason, the combo always reminded me of the circus.. Hence the idea for a circus ring leader-esque design.
