Finally finished my Digital Painting of Steven R McQueen, a.k.a Jeremy Gilbert from Vampire Diaries!Had so much fun working on this over a number of sittings. It's completely free-hand, and I don't work with a sketch layer, but rather block in the paint and refine as I go along.
Used GIMP. 8+ hours.
Wacom Intuos 4 Medium Graphics Tablet.
