yeah~~ today is public holiday for my country and i'm using my head to draw something and this came out~was thinking of using this character to make a manga but...is it good enough?

Hahahha xD Yeah, inking is part of drawing manga, but still you can do it digitaly (if you can) or end it with pencil, then it can look good too! Or just buy ink but haha moneyyy-- this is pain...
