He was quite the curious bear and seemed to only be interested in playing with this fox. He chased it around and taunted it for a bit. The fox seemed to want nothing to do with the bear and moved off further down the bay to carry on his quest for clams. The bear sat around for another minute or so and then wandered back off into the woods.

This is an interesting scene. I saw one documentary and there was a brief scene of a bear and a fox seemingly walking together, neither minding that the other was present...Maybe they were friends? That would be a cool concept.

yeah this shot was taken really close! at like 70mm i believe... it was the coolest experience though because while that was happening there was also a wolf out there watching everything happen. if only i could have managed to fit all 3 in the photo! haha
