I do not own hetalia or toy story. I feel I have to apologize. I am sorry. I like toy story so much it tapped into my hetalia infested brain.This... this is what I was up to for days...
This made no sense. It didn't even had a story or proper dialogue on it.

Ivan was supposed to be Emperor Zurg and the 3 green aliens was supposed to be the Baltics but my brain rebooted early so I got my senses sooner than expected.
