OMG this is so creative!! I love Chibi-Romano at the top and how it does actually look like he's crumpling up the meme, and the bottom with Sebastian burning the bottom of the meme... it looks so realistic! I love the colors *.*
The answers were hilarious as well; I especially like when the meme broke away to the "movie" type thing with Ciel and Sebastian arguing about the relationship XD Omg, so funny.
