I made a special playthrough just to save him but when the moment came it dawned on me that he really wouldn't have wanted that. His live was coming to an end anyway given that salarians don't live long and this way he could die knowing he'd done something important. He'd die happy. And while it hurt me to no end to realize it that realization still makes me smile through the tears.
Thank you for this brilliant piece of art. It touches many hearts.
