Description
This is a digital blend of 25 exposures, taken over about 20 minutes.

To make these images I take a series of pictures over time and convert them all to black and white. Then they are each tinted with a different hue and combined into a single image using a Python script that I wrote. The colours are chosen to mimic the spectrum of the sun shining through a prism. Surfaces that receive constant light are coloured with every hue and appear grey, but where the light changes the colours are revealed.

I took this one at Shinjuku Gyoen in Tokyo, using a Pentax DA15mm limited lens.
