Me as Nico Minoru, from The Runaways! (Marvel)I really like her, so I decided to cosplay a random version. I know she does't wear exactly the same clothes as me, but I usually wear a gothic outfit like her, so... I hope I did a good work!

Hi! 
My bae simply coloured a wooden staff with black spray paint, while the top rounded pieces (crown and ball) are in polystyrene: we bought it on a DIY shop and she covered both of them with plaster (stucco) before coloring them with spray paint, gold this time. She made a hole under the polystyrene ball to put it on staff's top, and we used a bit of glue to keep it fixed!

XD The Runaways always had a fanbase just wasn't too large. x.x I just hope she survives in Avengers Arena. So far she is still alive thankfully, and yeah! Can't wait for you to do another cosplay of her. She is probably one of the most well developed Asian characters in the the comics and a great leader. Oh will you be sticking with the original Staff of One in the picture or will you eventually get her Witchbreaker Staff of One? XD Just curious, I love both staff actually.

It's a good idea! Maybe with the help of my bestfriend (who did the Staff of One) we can try to make the Witchbreaker version... unfortunately the first time I cosplayed Nico I haven't enough time to work on that Staff, so we make the Staff of One. But I love both versions too, and Nico's clothes, she's beautiful and a very interesting character!
And I have to read Avengers Arena, too!

More than that, Runaways was my gateway book, and for awhile Nico was my favorite Marvel character. And then I met a girl with claws who took my breath away.

Oh this is a very nice cosplay, only thing I would of done different is wear black lipstick. Aside of that you pull the look off really well.
