Raiko is Bejeebus' second in command. She is a telepath and is used mainly as a spy even though she is far stronger than all the other team members put together. Her ability is also her weakness. The more she uses it the more pain it causes her and can cause temporary blindness.
Raiko is one hundred percent loyal to her new master even though she does not agree with his goals. He showed her kindness when no one else did.
She tries her hardest not to over hear others thoughts, or at least pretends she can't. Being the only female in Re-Volt, She is often babied by other members, Timmy and Mr Kay especially. Mex will put himself in the firing line to keep her safe, he plays a big brother role (even though he'd like to be more)

Raiko highly respected even though the team don't know what she is really capable of (apart from James)
