Just a little something I started painting this morning. Would of been far more polished, but my laptop decided to randomly restart on its own right before I was done and I hadn't saved for like an hour :/ I get really lazy on stuff I have to redo again ''OTLCrit welcomed!

I love her skin, freckles are really cute and it gives her a lot of personality. As a matter of fact, she reminds me of someone I know... someone I watch on deviantart XD but she has more brown hair and I don't think she has a lot of freckles.
And the hair, wooow just wooooooow it's amazing.
Although I have to say something... and I've checked no one has metioned it before me.
It is obvious that you want to make her hair sway with the wind that is blowing in this picture.
But I looked at her crown and I imagined how it would look if there wasn't any wind. The hair on the back would have been fine, it would have fallen naturally into place. But her fringe would not. I will try to explain it the best way I can, but I'm not sure if it will come out right
It's a almost straight line at the moment the wind is blowing, but because the crown is not on the top of her hair, it will fall to the right and will leave a bald spot. Could be a new hairstyle and I don't know what you had in mind when you made this, but I wanted to point this out.
But this is a piece from a year ago and I'm not trying to be mean. I'm actually curious if you thought of this or not.
so uhm. please don't hate me I really really love this work because of the atmosphere and her beautiful hair.

I love how you blended the hair. The first thing I noticed was that it was blended well and also that it isn't too blended that it looks like a big mess, you seperated the strands enough so that it looks realistic, which is how I think real hair looks like. Don't try to make it too realistic or else it always looks off.
Don't be afraid to use references, using them doesn't make an artist weak, and I'm sorry if you already know that. But I notice that her freckles, and the ones you've drawn before don't look very convincing, meaning, and I know this'll sound weird take away the personality you tried to give the girl. She still looks beautiful and the freckles are unique and contribute to her beauty, they just don't look sporadic enough.
Ugh, I hope I don't come off as condescending, that's why I don't like giving crits, but I'll plow on.
I notice that the way you paint/draw eyebrows looks... thick and also don't arch very much and most the time are straight. I'm sorry, maybe I'm biased, but from the eyebrows I see around me, they're pretty thin, even the bushy-est look sparse.
The shoulders don't look broad(?) enough, and don't exactly match up with the girls neck and head.
Overall, I think this is beautiful, even with all my nit-picking, and the picture is enriched with depth and values.
And there, I think this should make up for not commenting enough!
And also, forgive me if I don't make nuch sense, I babble and use words I don't understand when I'm awake at 4:30 in the morning and listening to Queen. CB
