Description Another drawing of the adorable Sweet Tart. Everyone liked her so much last time I drew her I thought ide be fun to do round two
Yes, yes she is very blessed in the hair department... as well as the head ache department XD Sorry but having that much hair would really make your head hurt especially if you put it in a pony tail, my hair does that and its only to my chest

Any way I enjoyed drawing her very much, I used a ref for some of it but changed it around like for the hand becuz I wanted her to be holding something

I am SO HAPPY YOU DREW SWEET TART AGAIN!
I totally adore this character! I like how you drew her expression more on the side of tart, last time she looks more on the sweet side. It shows both parts of her personality.
I love the hair, and the ruffly skirt, and the different colored stripes on the stocking, arm warm and shirt, and the big pink bow, those gorgeous blue eyes. I love everything about this picture!

awww such a big difference in such a short amount of time, really like how you drew her posed like that and her hair is so soft and fluffy looking to cuddle and the colouring job is just as equally well used too nice work and keep it up n_n

Haha her name is 'Sweet Tart' all together ^^ Well this wasn't really my 'Big-Chibi' Style, this is like a little less than full anime XD But yes she came out much different this time. Omg yes she would be!

Thank you so much! It was more work to Base Color it than to Shade surprisingly. I had a way easier time shading than I thought I would, I did water color style and it turned out quiet well
