Short Bio: Shali wasn't born on Irk... but instead on Vort. Her mother died giving birth to Shali and was left to die... until Trance[new vortain o.c. of mine and at the age of 4 years old at the moment] found her crying. He took her to his parents. They were shocked to find an Irken smeet on Vort and hesitated to take her in. Trance begged his parents to keep Shali and started talking about how all living species should have a chance to live. Eventually they agreed with Trance that they should keep Shali.
Shali grew up and was raised by Trance's parents. She was quite happy up until the family had to evacuate their home and move to Earth due to the Irken armada being near by their location. Apparently, a group of Irken soldiers were camping near by their house while they were still packing stuff and got reinforcements to capture the family. They invaded their house in the middle of the night... capturing Trance's parents. Trance and Shali were put into an escape pod before Trance's parents were captured. Now Trance and Shali landed on Earth after one month in space. They mourn the loss of their parents and hide amongst the humans.
