A lot of the people I watch have been participating in these sort of art-based roleplay games where you get a creature and you can level up and do challenges and play games and such through drawings of said creature.

So I decided, with all this time to draw during the summer, I could give it a go. If nothing else, it'll provide me with art prompts when I can't think of anything else to draw.

So I went out and got me a Draco Stryx ! I'm still in the process of officially changing his name (it will be Stardust aka "Dusty"), as per request of his previous owner, but his ownership has been officially transferred to me and I must admit I'm a bit excited to see where this goes. I guess we'll find out.

I have some ideas for/sketches of his handler too; I'll color and post those later. Plus I still gotta come up with a name for her.

But for now, here's a quick little painting of Stardust the stryx with which to get going. I might do a prettier one later, and perhaps even jump in and start his training later this week.
