Nice shots. They are just as fast as the Great Blues are, we don't have very many green heron here though. But we do have a ton of the Great Blue Heron.

Yeah it was a fun time out there this morning.....great light, no clouds and not super hot like the past 2 weeks. This year I have lots of Green Herons...not too many adults, but lots of young ones...I like the younger ones, they're not that skittish,and they let you get pretty close..the Great Blue's this year are complete opposite..they spot you and instant flight.
