Hi, while out today I came across this neat little Wasps house of mud. I find them every so often in the fields placed on a weed stem. Pretty cool that it will use mud and it's own saliva to glue up a house that'll last through strong rain storms, only to fall apart during the winter months. A Potter Wasp makes these "Mud House's "and they do a good job on them. The hole on the end means the young wasp has grown to adult stage and has moved on.
