Hi Tony, Yeah it's that time of year..most of the ones we see now are in tough shape,and will soon die off after laying eggs. This is the last of them, as most of the butterflies have either hatched out or will be very soon. My Monarch,when it hatches will be part of that yearly migration down Mexico way.

Ain't the butterflies associated with 'floating'? Remember "float like a butterfly, sting like a bee"! Butterflies do really 'float'!

oh yeah they float.. all over the field at a good pace I might add..have to run at times to keep up!
