It's a Japanese type of skewered chicken, or general a type of skewered food. In the picture, the person is grilling chicken on a skewer for customers. about 5 sticks costs 450 yen. they had favors of soy sause, garlic, miso, normal, and a few others. They were also selling some pork stuff as well.
