Ooh, she's pretty! I haven't seen that myself, but I love what you've done with this picture! I love avians, especially ones with navels! :3

Hee, most species with navels appeal to me. :3 I like your style quite a bit when it comes to navel stuff too... Have no clue why I wasn't watching you before. XD

Ye'd think they did have them, knowing how embryonic development involves sucking the yolk sack into an abdominal cavity (because that fat just can't go to waste!)

I know! It's so strange, because I remember that some species of reptiles and birds have them very briefly after birth if I remember right, but they heal up to the point of never really having been there. A shame really, because there are animals with navels, and some even take enjoyment from them. (A horse whispering trick is actually to rub a horse's bellybutton, since horses apparently adore that.)

I think that what really happens is plumage grows over and completely conceals the "button". Because it is actually a scar, after all; and not meant to reform the original shape. Think ductile fracture.
Is that so? Then i might just try that in a role play concerning Fluttershy!

MiΓ Zuckerman just smiled out of enjoyment. Though that could be her "element of kindneΓ" trait working.

Ooh, great! I'm glad you'll continue using her. Got anything special planned for her navel? X3

Very awesome! Hmm, maybe you'll have to cross them over someday, have the panther catch the bird for tummy attentions, eh? XD I'm totally looking forward to it... I hope it'll give me some more writing inspiration!

Hmm, are you asking for ideas then? :3 I'll think up some if you want me to.
