This week's pencil sketch Sunday pony was requested by , comment a pony you would like to see net week or the many weeks to come ^^

*prepares to get a hella lot of flack for this* I like Flash Sentry, he has potential to be an interesting character.

I like to think that he was trained from a young age as the perfect soldier; loyal, diligent, senses heightened at all times and powerful. However, this means that he's never had a childhood; never relaxed, never learned to have fun as his entire life has been training to serve and protect Equestria. Flash and Twilight would then actually have a lot in common as they have both been raised as prodigies from a young age, both obsessed with their job as a student or a soldier. The growth of Twilight's and Flash's relationship would been stemmed from Twilight teaching Flash to relax and learn what she had been learning for the last few years (the magic of friendship). Yes he seems the perfectly, average and polite royal guard on the outside; but he has potential to have an awesome backstory and character development.

Key word is 'potential', I know Flash as interesting pony would never be canon. *sigh* -_-
