Yeah, in other fanfics, Ganondorf had a son or no children at all. I doubt it because I follow the series' canon but there are exceptions depending on the timeline and setting. However, I stick to thought that he had a daughter. I mean he lived with only beautiful women. It's physical impossible for him not have a relationship with any of the women. In this case, I picked Nabooru.

I also think that the facts that Gerudo reproduce in parthenogenesis or only hold female chromosomes for 100 years AND that one man is born every century make impossible the idea of him having a baby boy with another Gerudo I think Gerudo men probably don't have male chromosome because their hundred year isn't done

Well said! What about if the male Gerudo dies prematurely that he would not be able to reproduce with the girls? I believe a few would carry a few genes with them like the character Telma in Twilight Princess. In ZeldaWiki, she could be the result of mixed generations between Gerudo and Hylian lineage. Unless she's a Gerudo who decides to change her lifestyle from warrior thief to the average Hyrule citizen.
