THAT WAS THE HARDEST SET OF TRYOUTS I'VE EVER DONE. D: Thank you so much to everyone who tried out! All of your characters were wonderful. ;-; I was absolutely blown away by the amount of interest and entries. It just made it all the harder to choose the finalists. I would take in all of them if I could!

So without further ado, let's please congratulate SacaraWolf5498 with Rholdar , Uniskorne with Maerac (Myruil) , and C3lestialWolf with Avalon (Vespen) !!!

So I've had these guys sitting in my stash for quite a while now and kept on forgetting to submit them to my gallery. But today I remembered. So here we are!

Long before Highvalley became official in DotW I've been itching to make some adoptables. Since just about every highblood in Highvalley is related they share a lot of the same characteristics, and people have often ask me what those characteristics look like. So, in a way, I suppose this is my answer! These three are a good representation of what pureblooded Highbloods look like. Long cheek fur, pale pelts, curved eyebrows, etc... Typically if a wolf has a predominately black or brown pelt, it's an indicator that one of their ancestors was likely a lowblood or an outsider. For example: Klaus and Sveta inherited their black pelts from their great, great grandmother. She was a lowblood that the High King at the time fell in love with. That explains why there are a few wolves with black pelts running around in the pack. They are, however, a minority. Most of the wolves in the pack possess these light pelts. And the more you have those traditional Highvalley characteristics, the higher your status is within the pack. One day I'll get around to creating a family tree, but for now that concludes my little Highvalley history lesson!

Anywho, I've decided to put these three up for adoption for DotW members!

IMPORTANT RULES AND INFO:

1. Must be a member of Domain-of-the-Wolf
2. Draw the character in your style but do not put it on a Highvalley application.
3. You are free to tweak and adjust the designs a bit if you want!
4. Write the bio about your character in the artist comments section.
5. Only submit your entries to stash! Please do not submit them to your DA gallery.
6. Comment below with a link to your submission. I have no application deadlines in mind for these guys, so I'll likely give them to whoever's app really grabs my attention first.
7. You may only use these designs inside of DotW. You may not use them for other groups.
8. These characters must remain male. At the moment there are too many females in the pack, so I'm hoping that these three will help balance that. As to what gender and sexual orientation you want them to identify with, that's is completely up to you!
9. You are free to keep or change their names.
