This is 's chameleon-like kaiju, Shenudgon, originally it was supposed to be part of his contest, however I could not finish in time due to homework.The original Shenudgon has no color scheme, so I made up my own.
The reason why I think Shenudgon is an interesting kaiju because most "sludge-spewers" tend to be large, sludge-based, slow moving creatures, but this guy is one of the few kaiju to not only be an exception but practically says "SCREW THAT SHIT!" by being able to break the sound barrier as if it were tissue.
There is just so much potential for a creature with super-sonic attacks, especially with a really long whip-like tail. The force of his claw swipes or punches could be amplified greatly, and he can spam his, as Monsturra Jake describes it, "snot-shots" at least for a short time, making him a formidable opponent.

Also this was a great chance for me to try different styles of blurring, shading, and scale impressions on photoshop, I would like some feedback to see if the combination works or not.

Looks pretty damn good to me. As for the color scheme, the artist's comment said he was basically green, but could change his colors or go invisible.

It's based on emotions. I was original going to have him turn to red/orange when angered and a brown/green when he's sick, and yellow/brown when frightened.

AWESOME! this came out really great! he really looks badass and the fact that hes a sleek and agile sludge spewer really adds to it too. i really love his design. hes like a huge bipedal sludge spewing triceratops of awesomeness. i also really love his colors. anyway really phenomenal job. its a shame you couldnt submit it in time but still A+ for the effort
