Description Warning, comic is riddled with singlish, international readers beware.

I did this comic cause I cannot believe what I saw on the news.


for every singaporean, everyone must have heard of the latest news of Mas Selamat Kastari , a JI terrorist leader made his escape from a detention centre, which leads to a island wide manhunt.

and it was so serious SAF was mobilize too to help in the manhunt...


then I saw this in the news report on TV, a long stretch of pedestrain path, with SAF soldiers standing 10 meters apart....

I was baffled by the sight..... Why are they doing "Guard duty" on a stretch of pathway? would it be that selemat would suddenly rush out and grab someone?

indeed it was perplexing until oh right, Wayang only....


well ok, seriously why are you having men standing on a stretch of road and doing guard duty when u can probably have more people combing through the forest searching for that terrorist leader.... talk about efficient use of man power....


I dunnoe if they are still doing this, if they are still doing this, i think its just been super wayang.. theres no way that terrorist leader is gonna stick to that area for so long if hes on the run......

well the JI Terrorist network(Indonesia) is all true here cause this guy had plans to hijack a plane to crash into our airport and do simulatenous bombings. all plans foiled/stopped when they manage to arrest him back then.

If we're ever killing our own people on the sly in the thousands just to go to war and die in the thousands... we have bigger problems.
Doubtless; Bush's plans for Iraq were likely around before 9/11 and they 'benefitted' heavily from it, but I think it was just a grave mishandling.
