have the embrace of death waiting for them once the sand runs out...
He had passed every single challenge with ease. However to let him into the sanctuary would be
to fully recognize him as one of their own. Something The Eternal was not yet ready to accept.

I tend to think of short snippets of text to add to my illustrations to put in some context.
I just come up with situations and characters while I paint.

You have some ridiculously sick talent. How do you decide you pallet? Do you just go with your foresight?

Thank you! I think There is a lot I could of worked on some more but I tend to get bored quickly and move on with new paintings-
For this particular piece it was pretty intuitive. I simply wanted to use a warm main light coming in from a low angle and a bluish reflected light to set a sort of "sunset" ambience.
And for the hair and clothing i just googled some quick references for the different materials and chose which ones I liked best for the character.
