You face the keeper of the dogma, Master of the Barracks Donvar.

I am a member of the council, but I only am there for the truly important issues. I normally spend my time training with the troops or inspecting the head quarters of our mortal allies. My official task is to make sure the primordial dogmas are followed and never changed, “The duty of all follower of the celestial voice is to ensure that those who desire to be saved from corruption may have their request granted without hesitation”, written for the first time in this scroll and hasnt been written anything else since.

The council may chose what is written in the holly book and I will not complain, but if the idea of changing the primordial dogma ever crosses their mind they will face my iron.
