Hi !
Is there anything weird about the FBX file ?
Paint3D views it as a cloud of dots.
PoserPro happily imports it -- With textures !!-- at ~6000%, but Autodesk's free FBX toolkit says the file is corrupted, refuses to display or convert...

I converted this model according to Noesis fbx plug in. I think the version Noesis uses is the same one as when I export a model with 3dsmax 2016. You could try convert it to an older version with the fbx converter to see if that would make the trick for your tools. www.autodesk.com/developer-netβ¦

Sorry, that's the toolkit I tried... 2013.3 #64 would not explore, view or convert.
And, weirdly, if re-exported from Poser, still get 'corrupted file / cannot read' alert from toolkit...
Perhaps, like some PMX files' 'first polygon, first object' error, it may be clever 'munging' for PRM, or it may be a 'small' version update breaking export plug-ins, yet again, yet again. IIRC, Blender is infamous for such...
Weird, yes, but not a problem !!
