Here's how I think the guys would feel about the TV series and I can tell their reaction's are the same as ours. (Well to be honest Master Chief won't give a shit about it).

I already have mix (mostly bad) feelings after watching the trailer with a lot of things to point out. The few being why did they Sonic'd our E-Girl Cortana, why is there a Human among the Covenant which ruins the whole point of the Prophets' plans and lastly, why didn't they just use Master Chief's original voice actor instead? But on the bright side, at least the Covenant looked awesome.
