SUPER SIMPLIFIED FORM OF WHAT HAPPENED TO THE PHILIPPINES. AND YES PHILIPPINES IS A GIRL.Or so I reasoned.
Since apparently, several countries have sought after Philippines for its strategic location in South East Asia, hence why we were first colonised by the Spanish, then the Americans, then the Japanese.
Kuya is a filipino term for older brother, much like Niisan in Japanese, except this time its used as a prefix. Philippines calls America Kuya-Ric because ameRICa. Filipinos enjoy doing that to peoples names... shortening them at the wrong side, lol.
No, as far as I know there isn't an Official Hetalia drawing of Philippines, and I have no idea how Spain acts (I just recently got into the fandom because of =dayea ).
I really need to churn out some real art sometime.
