You might remember him from coalescent epiphany, I had to recycle him when the group failed, he was very interesting.

Back Story:
Cyril comes from a privileged family: His father founded Cascatta aeronautics, a company that flourished during the Great War, and has continued to do so into the current era. The only child of a wealthy family, Cyril had the best of everything. He grew up under the tutelage of personal trainers, private tutors, and the soft glow of chandelier lights. Nice cars, the best clothes, and the nicest toys. However, all of this failed to hold his interest as much as the call of the Fuchsia City Beach. He grew up a surf rat, every break he could get from his regiment of grooming and primping he spent at the beach. This was perhaps the reason that despite his upbringing, Cyril is a laid-back, giving person. While he enjoys the comforts of his family's fortune, he doesn't flash it about flambouyantly.

Personality: His raised status does cause his personality to come off as lofty if not well meaning: He often wont realize when he is offending someone. He has a bit of a white knight complex: He enjoys being someone's champion, or saving grace, and will very often go out of his way to help others.... I should also probably mention he's flirtatious and a bit of a slut, something that drives his friend Piper crazy.

The Daughter of one of his father's employee's, Pip and Cyril became fast friends at a very young age: Blind to the difference in their social status, Cyril sees Pip as his adoptive sister, and tries his best to give her whatever she wanted to give her a distraction from her faltering home life. Pip's tastes were more towards the simpler things in life, and probably saved Cyril from a life of snobbery. While she often wags her finger at his womanizing ways, he protects her purity with the intensity of a Houndour, snapping at even his closest guy friends if they so much as give her an up and down.

Cyril had no interest in the war: his father's status garunteed he would not be drafted. But when he found out that Pip was enlisting, that was all it took to rush down and apply, hoping to protect his little sister with whatever amazing, powerful pokemon he was given.... sadly, instead he got Hollywood.

Pokemon bio / personality: Hollywood the lickitung... lol, he's a funloving, dopey goofball with a sweet heart. He spends most of his time obliviously eating Cyril's food and wrapping him up with his tongue, much to the young man's chargin. He was originally discovered eating out of the barrack's stock of food when he was captured and issued to Cyril. He likes his trainer just fine, but that worthy would just as soon switch him fore something with a little more edge.
