So, just when I thought he was out, they pulled him back in! Kiro's out of retirement and back as a moderator to the spiritual successor of the UBF.

Brief history:
During the invasion of Team Plasma in last year's UBF, Kiro was able to finally gather the information he was after and obtain the location of his 'liberated' pokemon. Eventually, he was able to recover his old team. Deciding to go on the offensive against criminal organizations, Kiro applied to become an International Police agent, eventually earning his badge and setting out on a few smaller missions.
Shortly into his career as an IP agent, Kiro received a call from Ex-Frontier brain Aldric, with whom Kiro had formed a friendship over his time in the previous UBF. Essentially, planning of a new, exclusive tournament was underway, with a high-risk amount of new technology being used as the platform. Considering the UBF's (and any large gathering of trainer's) penchant for attracting the attention of Organized Crime, it was crucial the Team moderating the tournament and Onerius labs itself (the company whose technologies provided the testing ground for the tourney) bring on an active security team of experienced individuals to make sure the previous year's invasion could never happen again. Kiro, eager to have a hand in helping with the tournament, agreed to become the IP's representative at the tournament, and assume the responsibilities of the Head of Security of the Onerius Lab facilities. He, like most of the other mods, also spent time during the alpha testing of the Dreamworld 2.0, and is now extremely experienced in operating inside of it.

Admin Roles (and as such, my roles as admin in PDL): Conflict resolution between active and non active competitors, Judge of competitor's entry-applications, and Host & Judge of the Auxiliary Tournament.

Personality: Kiro tends to be rather stoic, calm and collected most of the time. He comes off as confident, but is also generally good natured and easy to talk to. He often adopts a 'big brother' attitude towards anyone who ever asks for his help, and he is always eager to offer advice to any aspiring trainer. He has a weakness for constantly playing the 'white knight' in any situation, and cannot stand when he is is criticized. He can sometimes get a bit overexcited whenever he is talking about his pokemon, or his wife. These two subjects are the most near and dear ones to his heart.
With his pokemon, he is a very diligent trainer: On the training field and in battle Kiro can come across as quick, efficient, and often ruthless, not accepting anything less than the peak performance of his team. He trains the pokemon he keeps in rotation as often as possible, and is extremely proud of his rigorous training techniques, which insures his pokemon are in the shape he expects them to be. Off the field, however, he's very patient and caring for his pokemon, willing to do anything for them.
He hates it when people call him 'cheif', but he doesnt mind 'detective,' 'agent,' or officer. Though he prefers if people simple address him by his first name, without honorifics.

His pokemon team: Like all trainers, Kiro is restricted to 3 pokemon. He chose to bring the best of the best from his Old team and his Unova team, as well as a recently caught 'project' pokemon. In general, as a result of Kiro's strict attitude towards training, they are a quiet, serious bunch. However, like their trainer, their harder outer shells give way to unique, individual personalities after someone has spent time with them.

Murashi/Dewott: The leader of his unova team and Kiro's current 'partner' pokemon. Since Kiro joined the IP, Mura has taken his trainer's new job very seriously. Forgoing his adopted 'Samurai' image, Murashi began omnivorously watching old Detective shows, doing his best to emulate the swaggering attitude of the noir heroes. Kiro, finding this new turn of interest a welcome relief from the fake bandages the little fellow used to wear, had a custom detective's outfit made for him, which the little otter boasts about constantly. However, if Murashi ever has to seriously battle, he has to slip out of it for complete range of motion.

Toka/Venusaur: Kiro's oldest pokemon. Toka is a behemoth on the battlefield, but general likes to spend most of his free time on his own, enjoying the sunilght. Serious when he needs to be, outside of the battle field Toka simply likes to relax. Either way, Toka's talents on the field have not diminished, and his trainer is simply pleased by his more positive attitude.

Madrugo/Dragonite: Kiro's newest, and perhaps proudest capture, is a cumbersome flier, and cannot do more than glide in the midst of battle. However, His physical attacks are by far the strongest of any of Kiro's pokemon. He is typically only used as a last resort in battle, if Kiro has no other choice but to accept the collateral damage any battlefield would take under this Dragonite's claws.
