I am still alive.... I've been drawing but never finishing anything. I have like 10 scraps that I did today.. HORRIBLE... Anyways.. I tried something new, but this didn't turn out soo much...Any way to make scenery better/easier let me know...

The blue of the water is really just so captivating and beautiful, it makes me think of a fairy tale (I expect fairies to float by any second now). The reflections of the greenery on the pond are very lovely as well, and you did a beautiful job blending the colors together. I do wish that the blue had been extended a little further back into the forest, making the path of the river through it more defined, but even as is my eyes have fun playing through the image to find the path. The haziness of the forest as it goes farther back is wonderful as well, and adds to the surrealness and serenity of the drawing. I love the eagle as well (I bet those fairies are hiding behind him) though I would have liked to have seen him closer to the water (I think the his reflection on the pond would have been lovely). Overall, though, it is beautiful and whimsical, and makes me hum happy little songs while I imagine running along side the water.

as long as I am now alone.. I found out that many people who enjoy drawing people/portraits dislike scenery and then people who draw scenery dislike drawing people.. strange.

Yeah, I think we all just have our comfort zones, where we like to stay. Things that relax us, and that we enjoy doing.

wonderful, perhaps the colors are little too bright, but the way the water lives in this image is great, also the blurred outlines of the trees are beautiful, great work dear
