another pic of steve, done this morning as a warm up... has a bunch of problems, even with some of the corrections i made in photoshop, guess some things cant be repaired if they're not done properly in the first place...has issues with scale, proportion and perspective.... but works... ok... i guess
anyway, the download image is bigger if anyone wants a pop at coloring this... imperfect image of the HUGE one

Liking it mate, the pose the perspective, I haven't noticed the problems ya say, and I liek the fact we never seem to see his eyes.

now you mention it i can see the gun in the foreground is possibly a teeny weeny bit squiffy and at a funny angle.
But my biggest problem are those slip-on vans, i...i...i thought you were better than that

nothing wrong with slip on vans... is all i wear... i have about 15 pairs, my favorites being bright orange leather ones or my Hawaiian print ones

i was at a gig in one of my local town's pubs and i walked past five boys wearing checkered vans having a conversation about how much conformity sucked.
it was so ironic it hurt....
I say boys because anything checkered rolls back the clock to about 11 years old.
If i were drunker i may have bought red wine just to spill it on them....
anyway, i forgive you for wearing slip on vans, because you are cool and i like your drawings
I'll probably have the inking for my graphic novel pages finished and hopefully scanned in by thursday, do not be appalled by my innacurate perspective and lack of variety in angles of the face, i draw what i can
but i wouldnt mind a few tips on it, i think I'll boost the critique level up a notch

everyone conforms, no one is truly different or original... its the way of life
people like to think they're original.... unfortunately not though... i remember i used to think i was, it was a liberating day when i realised i wasn't and never would be, that day i stopped caring that i wasn't original and strangely, that was the day i also stopped caring what anyone thought, so long as i like who and what i am, everyone else... well they just don't seem to matter so much anymore
and anyway, slip on vans, comfiest shoes i've ever owned...
and of course i'll be more than happy to have a look over the pages when they're done, and thats what critiques are for, you might not like it, but its the only way we learn, tis why i love peoples comments, sometimes people spot the things i don't, or may offer a way of thinking, i'd never considered....

i conform slightly, but only in the sense that i really dont have the time or patience to make my clothes totally unique... I'm not overly aware of current trends.
the way i see it, so long as i don't look filthy and i've got all the right bits covered in clothes i consider myself presentable.
the pages are taking forever and ever

yeah i think i can see my major problem with it as was pointed out by someone else, the back of his gun is a little skewed which throws the perspective on the whole piece as its so central.... plus his proportions are a little off which doesnt help...
but i wont sweat it too much as it was only a 90 minute rough

yeah i've started work on pages now, so things should start crawling along... will keep things up to date on here but the book wont hit the shelves till later this year early next i wouldn't think

What kind of shotgun is that? Looks a bit like a Benelli M4 Super 90 with reflex sight, but I'm not sure.
The P99 makes him so very Bond in his $4 Wal-mart slippers.
His legs and arms are technically a bit long, but that's so easy to miss. I had to look.
The perspective's fine to me.
