She is a very strong willed girl who has simple needs, and even though her presence can bring comfort to troubled individuals, she is cold towards people. She refuses to hide her wings, she sees them as a symbol of individuality and freedom. She is aware of the dangers she faces if she gets caught. Target is a fierce fighter, reaching amazing speeds, and attacking with extreme accuracy she can take out erasers, and any other threat to her peaceful life, swiftly. She has no family, and no close friends, most people see her as lonely and isolated, but she considers herself concentrated. She knows of Max and the others, but she chooses not to seek them out, she considers herself content.

She is short tempered and easily annoyed, she is a force to be reckoned with when she is angered. Usually she is calm with a melancholy air around her, she rarely cries, mostly because she doesn't see the point. Her sense of reality is quiet loose at times, and she doesn't see why her life is important when others are in danger.
