An hour after the train started Lea went to check upon Bash in his wagon. Not the warmest place on earth but nothing that the blanket couldn't help. As soon as Bash heard her entering he lifted his head with the mouth full of hay, half of it falling as he chewed and then he kept eating. Carefully, Andrea walked next to the stallion and leaned on his back while petting his side with one hand. "Are you excited boy? Do you think you have what it takes to cross the finish line?" She said and he raised his head, again mouth full of hay and looked at her eyes for a moment holding her glance still for a few seconds, then he started chewing again. Andrea laugh a little with the stud reaction and shook his mane. "Oh come on, I didn't mean to offend you! I know you can, it's your specialty to be around showing off, you bumptious!" she said to which only had an approving snort as response.
