Well, he doesn't charge anything, it's more like requests  .  I guess that the only charge is that there will be request/commissions that he would not do.

Let me explain, I guess that these type of commissions fall unto two categories, situation and characters.  Nekomi is a bit easy going on situation (but there are some things that Nekomi wouldn't do), but a bit tough on characters.  Nekomi only accepts characters that he knows, for example, he knows Dawn pretty well and since he likes the LAMA diving gear, he drew this picture.  Keep in mind that even if he accepts something, there may be a chance where he would quit it because the sketch doesn't turn out too well.
