I really enjoy this piece, especially its colors and overall design, but some of the proportion is off (the front leg on the right seems awkward, the face is overly long, and you gave them an impossible waist). The body seems to be lacking in texture and everything but the hair seems to have a very small range of values. And you also seem to be shading mostly with airbrush, which I highly recommend against and suggest using the synthetic brushes or a low opacity hard brush. I also recommend using lock transparency and the selection tool to make your shading fully reach the edge rather than stopping just shy.
I see a LOT of potential for you and hope you practice a lot.
