XeroBlitz asked me to make this, and since I had problems sleeping last night I figured eh, why not?It isn't perfect, but I like it.
EDIT: It's missing a few things...will edit in later. maybe.

Yeah. I know. sadly..there are no long hair sprites of Noel(she takes off her hat in one of her win poses, but that hasn't been ripped yet) and hair's quite a bit harder to do then clothes..
