eh i get yah. I've been trying to start a comic for a month, and so far all I got was three hangovers and a bird that resembles a turtle. I dont really see anything wrong with continuing franchises
They keep going because they are fun games. If they stop being fun, people stop buying them and the franchise ends or gets rebooted.
Look at sonic. They havnt had a sequal series for sonic since Sonic adventure. They just keep trying new (god awful) things things until something sticks

That's what people said, but then Goofy's voice actor claimed (very self-assuredly) that it was coming out later this year. Either way, no one knows when it's coming out and the character in the comic was just speculating for hype's sake.
