Saber got that Boken from Taiga for th, it turned then into flowers, guess it was a sabotaged weapon to give Taiga an advantage (this happen in the anime only)

Thought it might have been something like that... but even with a Nerf-Nerf (Double Nerf XD) weapon Saber is still Thousands of levels above Taiga. XD

to recall the whole battle:
1. Taiga orders Saber into the Dojo and declares that they fight over Shirou
2. Taiga attack Saber without giving her a weapon
3. Saber snatches Taiga's boken so fast that taiga only notices after a while
4. Taiga pulls a second boken from behind her back
5. Saber's boken turns into flowers
6. repeat of 3.
7. saber gives the baffled Taiga a gentle patch on the head and asks if she wants to continue
8. Taiga laments that a strange woman has stolen her shirou

Pretty much what I'd expect... btw. a friend brought up an interesting point... Fate/Kaleid Liner's Tatsuko (the crazy blond from Illya's class) and Taiga are somehow related XD

Tatsuko's family was shown in the second manga-season, mother, father and two brothers
while they LOOK and ACT in a Taiga-compatible fashion, the ages don't match, Taiga can't have a 20 years older brother or sister... unless it's her Aunt/Uncle but I have seen no proof of that and the names are different too
