Okay, so it's been a long time since I've really tried to make a webcomic, but I really actually think I can finish this one. That's because I finally have a real story that works, characters I love that I've been working on for at most 3 years, and I can do this simple-ish style that makes it a lot faster. I just sat down for about 7 hours to make the three first pages.

I didn't even think that I was starting already, I was just practicing with those two first panels with this brush, and it just happened to be the very beginning of where I planned to start the comic. And I didn't actually do any sketches underneath at all for these first three pages... that might not have been a good idea, but I might have not gotten as far as I have. I think it might be good for me not just to not overthink it, but maybe to underthink it. Cause I always tend to overthink these things. But I didn't plan out the panels or pages at all, except in my mind right before I made them--and it's working out so far, I think.

Also I've gotten inspired recently to really just work on something like this. It's really not that well-drawn, especially the next two pages, but the point and goal is just to actually finish the comic.

Anyway, when I have more I can try to put this up somewhere other than DeviantART as well, but for now this is where it will be. This is the longest project I've ever worked on, and it's cool to finally actually start it. But of course, I very much want to know what you guys think of this so far, and check out the pages as well. Thank you very much, and I really hope this one works out well--I'm hopeful for it.
